He is one of the nation's foremost thought leaders on manufacturing and chairs the Manufacturing Extension Partnership's National Advisory Board. Dr. Hill is the author and co-editor of numerous books, articles, book chapters and columns. In 2004, he led the Deloitte Consulting project "Manufacturing Pennsylvania's Future." This landmark study identified opportunities for growth for PA manufacturers and proved the importance of investing in this vital economic sector.
